Mr. Kelsey oversees IdeaBridge’s operations, finance, and technology. Over the last ten years with IdeaBridge, Mr. Kelsey has developed a proprietary suite of executive training, accountability, sales & client management, and surveying tools used internally by IdeaBridge and sold to middle market & Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joinging IdeaBridge, Mr. Kelsey was Co-Founder and President of Redflame Software, a profitable internet software and services company which was nominated in the annual KPMG High Tech Awards in the start-up category before being sold to Bolt Media.
Mr. Kelsey’s experience includes a heavy emphasis in: technology, strategy, finance, marketing, project management and operations with leading firms such as ZDNet, Genzyme, and Trilogy/pcOrder.com as well as with several startups. Mr. Kelsey’s extensive consulting background dates back to his time at MIT, where he developed strategies and applications for both traditional companies and startups.
